What does she do? Sunmi works for the Korea Forest Service.
Favorite part of earning her certification? While earning her certification, Sunmi enjoyed getting to attend diverse workshops offered by different environmental education centers.
Certification experience that stands out? Sunmi says that what really stood out to her was attending so many state parks and discovering how different each one was from the next. "Each park has wonderful natural resources and unique programs," says Sunmi. "It was a surprise!"
Her Action Partnership? Sunmi worked with Jesse Perry from the NC Museum of Natural Sciences to install plant identification signs at the garden of the Korean Baptist Church in Raleigh.
